Tasted on Sunday 13-04-2025. Very good Sauternes. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Can be enjoyed in it's youth with seafood (oysters), poultry or as aperitif. Or to be stored and enjoyed somewhere in the next 50-80 years.
