The second wine from Carmes Haut-Brion,  a small ambitious estate next to Haut-Brion. Powerful yet balanced, showcasing intensity without being overdone. Uniquely for Bordeaux, they use whole-cluster fermentation, similar to the approach at the long-standing favorite Clos du Jaugueyron. When done right, this technique adds structure without harshness, highlighting the vibrant fruit.
